A clear plastic press mould for round, pleated steamed buns. Lay the dough in, add the filling, close it and press out an even bun. 9.5 cm across.
Even pleats without the practice
- Shape: a fluted cup with a flower-like pattern of ribs that marks the top of each bun
- Size: 9.5 cm (3.7″) across and 3.5 cm (1.4″) high, with a 6 cm (2.4″) cup
- Material: clear PP plastic, light at about 38 g (supplier-stated)
- Uses: steamed buns with meat, vegetable or sweet bean fillings

The cup sets the size, so each bun comes out about 6 cm across before steaming. Dust the cup lightly with flour if the dough is soft.
