Twenty shapes from one barrel
- Discs: 20 round metal discs, each cut with its own pattern
- Nozzles: 4 yellow piping nozzles for fillings, icing and filled shapes
- Lever: a long metal lever with a knob on the plunger rod
- Settings: the knob turns half a turn to raise or lower the plunger, for larger or smaller biscuits (as listed)
- Cleaning: the end cap unscrews and every part comes apart
The barrel takes soft, smooth dough without nuts or large pieces. Press the end straight down onto a cool, ungreased tray, then lift away. The press weighs about 383 g (as listed).

Care and cleaning
Take the press apart after use. Wash the barrel, discs and nozzles by hand in warm water with a little mild soap. Dry every part before you put it back together.
Frequently asked questions
What dough works best? A soft, smooth spritz dough without chunks. Firm, chilled dough is hard to press; let it soften a little first.
Why do the biscuits not stick to the tray? They hold best on a cool, bare metal tray. Baking paper or a greased tray lets the dough lift with the press.
Are the decorated biscuits in the photos included? No. The photos show biscuits made with the press; only the press, discs and nozzles are in the box.
