A 26 cm flat-bottomed wok and a 26 cm frying pan with a hammered, uncoated titanium cooking surface, sold with four metal utensils.
Choosing the right size
Diameters are measured across the top rim; the flat base is usually 3 to 5 cm (1–2″) smaller. Match the base to your hob ring or zone. On an induction hob, check that induction is listed under Hob types: a magnet sticks firmly to a base that works on induction.
An uncoated hammered titanium surface
- Cooking surface: titanium with no coating to wear off, hammered into a fine textured pattern (supplier-stated)
- Wok: 26 cm, deep sloping sides on a flat base that sits steady on the hob
- Frying pan: 26 cm, low flared sides for turning and sliding food out
- Handles: long brushed-metal handles riveted on, with a hanging loop at the end
- Utensils: a slotted turner, a wok turner, a skimmer and a ladle in the same metal finish
- Lids: choose the set with two glass lids, each with a metal knob
An uncoated pan is not non-stick out of the box: heat it before adding oil, and let food release before turning it. The handles are metal and get hot on the hob.

Care and cleaning
- Wash by hand in hot soapy water and dry straight away.
- Soak stuck food in warm water rather than scraping it hard.
- Use a little oil each time you cook.

Is it non-stick? The surface is uncoated. Preheat the pan, then add oil, and food releases once it has browned.
Can I use metal utensils? Yes, there is no coating to scratch, which is why metal tools come with the set.
What do the lids add? Choose With lids for two glass lids that fit the wok and the pan, for steaming, simmering and keeping food warm.
