A peel that folds flat

The peel is sold on its own, without a pizza stone. Dust the blade with flour or semolina before you build a pizza on it, so it slides off cleanly.

Wipe the blade clean after use and wash it by hand. Keep the wooden handle out of standing water and dry the peel straight away.
