Choosing the right size
Diameters are measured across the top rim; the flat base is usually 3 to 5 cm (1–2″) smaller. Match the base to your hob ring or zone. On an induction hob, check that induction is listed under Hob types: a magnet sticks firmly to a base that works on induction.
Three sections, one ring
- Divided: a large section of about 18 x 13 cm and two round wells about 8.8 cm across.
- Non-stick: a speckled non-stick coating for easy turning and cleaning.
- Aluminium body: spreads the heat across all three sections.
- Wood-effect handle: a heat-resistant handle with a hanging hole.
Good to know: use wooden or silicone utensils to protect the coating. Add a little oil and preheat on a medium to high setting. Let the pan cool before you wash it.

Care and cleaning
Let the pan cool, then wash it with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Use wooden or silicone utensils, never metal, so the coating lasts.

What can I cook in it? Eggs and small pancakes in the round wells, and bacon, steak, sausages, vegetables or toast on the large section, all at the same time.
Do I need oil? Only a little. Add a small amount and preheat the pan on a medium to high setting before the food goes in.
