A hammered, uncoated titanium frying pan in 25, 28 or 30 cm with a matching metal turner, with or without a glass lid.
Choosing the right size
Diameters are measured across the top rim; the flat base is usually 3 to 5 cm (1–2″) smaller. Match the base to your hob ring or zone. On an induction hob, check that induction is listed under Hob types: a magnet sticks firmly to a base that works on induction.
A hammered pan with its own turner
