Three black aluminium frying pans in 18, 23 and 28 cm, with a two-layer non-stick coating and black stay-cool handles. For everyday frying on gas and electric hobs.
Choosing the right size
Diameters are measured across the top rim; the flat base is usually 3 to 5 cm (1–2″) smaller. Match the base to your hob ring or zone. On an induction hob, check that induction is listed under Hob types: a magnet sticks firmly to a base that works on induction.
Three sizes, one light aluminium build
- Sizes: 18, 23 and 28 cm (7, 9 and 11″) across
- Coating: a two-layer non-stick surface (supplier-stated)
- Body: aluminium alloy, light to lift and toss
- Handles: black, stay-cool handles with a hanging hole
- Hobs: gas, electric and ceramic; not induction (supplier-stated)
These pans do not work on induction. Medium heat and wooden or silicone tools keep the coating at its best.
