Care and cleaning
Take the lid apart and wash every part by hand in warm soapy water, then let it dry open. Use a soft sponge so the coloured coat is not scratched.

Does the coat wear off? It is a matt coat over steel. Hand washing with a soft sponge keeps it looking new longest.
