A double-wall stainless steel wine glass whose stem unscrews from the bowl, so it works as a stemmed glass or a stemless tumbler. Holds 420 ml.
Steel that will not shatter
- Bowl: a rounded balloon shape with double stainless steel walls and a vacuum between them
- Stem: screws into the base of the bowl and comes off for packing or for use as a tumbler
- Inside: bare 304 stainless steel, so the drink only touches steel (supplier-stated)
- Outside: a coloured finish on 201 stainless steel (supplier-stated)
- Insulation: keeps drinks cold or warm for about 6 to 12 hours (supplier-stated)
The glass has no lid. The insulation hours are the maker's figure for a full glass, so expect less in hot sun. Wash it by hand, because the coloured finish is not stated as dishwasher safe.

Care and cleaning
Unscrew the stem and wash both parts by hand in warm soapy water, then dry them before screwing them back together. Do not put the glass in the microwave, because it is metal.

Can I use it without the stem? Yes. Unscrew the stem and the bowl stands on its own flat base as a stemless tumbler.
Is it only for wine? No. It suits wine, cocktails, juice or iced coffee, and it takes hot drinks too.
Does it break if dropped? It is steel, so it will not shatter, though a hard fall can dent the bowl or mark the finish.
