A round frying pan with a speckled stone-effect non-stick coating and a riveted wood-grain handle. Black or white, in three sizes from 22 to 30 cm.
Choosing the right size
Diameters are measured across the top rim; the flat base is usually 3 to 5 cm (1–2″) smaller. Match the base to your hob ring or zone. On an induction hob, check that induction is listed under Hob types: a magnet sticks firmly to a base that works on induction.
A speckled non-stick surface, in black or white
- Coating: a Maifan stone-effect non-stick coating with a fine light speckle
- Colours: black throughout, or a white pan with a cream speckled inside and a pale wood-grain handle
- Handle: a long, gently curved wood-grain handle fixed with two rivets
- Sizes: 22, 25 or 30 cm across the top

Let the pan cool, then wash it by hand with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Avoid metal tools and scouring pads, which wear the coating.
