Choosing the right size
Diameters are measured across the top rim; the flat base is usually 3 to 5 cm (1–2″) smaller. Match the base to your hob ring or zone. On an induction hob, check that induction is listed under Hob types: a magnet sticks firmly to a base that works on induction.
Four pans for four ways of cooking
- Frying pan, 25 cm: for eggs, steak and anything seared.
- Flat-bottomed wok, 30 cm: deep, sloping sides for stir-frying, with a flat base that sits steady on the hob.
- Sauté pan with lid, 28 cm: straight, deeper sides for sauces and braising.
- Deep pot with lid, 25 cm: two side handles, for soups, stews and pasta.
- Every hob: made for all hob types, induction included.
Good to know: there is no non-stick coating on any piece. Heat the pan before adding oil or butter.

Frequently asked questions
Is it non-stick? No. Every cooking surface is bare hammered titanium with no coating, so preheat the pan and use a little oil or butter.
Which pieces have lids? The 28 cm sauté pan and the 25 cm pot each come with a glass lid. The frying pan and the wok are sold without one.
