Choosing the right size

Diameters are measured across the top rim; the flat base is usually 3 to 5 cm (1–2″) smaller. Match the base to your hob ring or zone. On an induction hob, check that induction is listed under Hob types: a magnet sticks firmly to a base that works on induction.

Bare hammered titanium, two sizes in one set

  • Two pans: a smaller and a larger frying pan of the same design, so two things can cook at once.
  • Uncoated surface: the dimpled, hammered metal is the cooking surface itself, with nothing on top of it to wear away.
  • Every hob: made for gas, electric and induction.
  • Long stick handles: one slim metal handle per pan, fixed with two rivets, with a hanging hole at the end.

The With Lid version adds one clear glass lid with a metal knob and a red rim; Without Lid is the two pans alone.

Do the pans work on an induction hob? Yes. Both pans are made for gas, electric and induction hobs.

What is the difference between the two versions? Without Lid is the two frying pans. With Lid is the same two pans plus one glass lid with a metal knob.
