Choosing the right size
Diameters are measured across the top rim; the flat base is usually 3 to 5 cm (1–2″) smaller. Match the base to your hob ring or zone. On an induction hob, check that induction is listed under Hob types: a magnet sticks firmly to a base that works on induction.
Two handles for a steady lift
- Two loop handles: one on each side, riveted below the rim, for lifting a full pan with both hands.
- Uncoated: a bare, hand-hammered titanium cooking surface.
- Every hob: made for all hob types, induction included.
- Lid option: each size can be ordered with a glass lid with a metal knob.
Good to know: there is no non-stick coating. Heat the pan before adding oil or butter. With no long handle, it takes up less room on the hob and in the cupboard.

Is it non-stick? No. The cooking surface is bare hammered titanium with no coating, so preheat it and use a little oil or butter.
Can I serve from it at the table? Yes. The two short handles make it easy to carry a full pan with both hands; use oven gloves, as metal handles can get hot.
