A deep 30 cm frying pan with a smooth white ceramic non-stick surface and a wood-effect handle. Deep enough for stir-fries, braises and soup.
Choosing the right size
Diameters are measured across the top rim; the flat base is usually 3 to 5 cm (1–2″) smaller. Match the base to your hob ring or zone. On an induction hob, check that induction is listed under Hob types: a magnet sticks firmly to a base that works on induction.

Care and cleaning
Let the pan cool, then wash it by hand in warm soapy water with a soft sponge. Keep the handle out of the dishwasher and away from the flame.
Frequently asked questions
Is it more a wok or a frying pan? Both. The 9 cm sides hold a stir-fry like a wok, and the flat base fries eggs and steak like a pan.
Does it come with a lid? No. The pan is sold on its own.
