Diameters are measured across the top rim; the flat base is usually 3 to 5 cm (1–2″) smaller. Match the base to your hob ring or zone. On an induction hob, check that induction is listed under Hob types: a magnet sticks firmly to a base that works on induction.

Is it non-stick? No. Food cooks on bare hammered titanium, with no coating.

Does the lid come with every size? Only the sizes named "with lid" include the glass lid.
