A wide stainless steel hot pot split down the middle by a curved wall, so a spicy and a mild broth simmer side by side. Two side handles and a flat base.
Choosing the right size
Diameters are measured across the top rim; the flat base is usually 3 to 5 cm (1–2″) smaller. Match the base to your hob ring or zone. On an induction hob, check that induction is listed under Hob types: a magnet sticks firmly to a base that works on induction.
