A round glass decanter etched with the continents, holding a small glass sailing ship, set in a wooden globe stand. Two etched tumblers come with it.
A world map in glass
- Decanter: a round, lead-free glass globe with the continents etched on its surface
- Ship: a clear glass sailing ship sits inside the globe
- Stopper: a glass ball stopper on the angled neck
- Stand: a curved wooden frame on a round base holds the globe at a tilt
- Glasses: two rounded tumblers with the same etched world map, about 150 ml (5 oz) each
- Capacity: 900 ml in the decanter
The ship is fixed inside the globe and cannot be removed, so the decanter is rinsed rather than scrubbed. Lift it out of the stand by the globe, not the neck, when you pour. The wood tone of the stand varies between the photos, from near black to reddish brown.

Frequently asked questions
What can I keep in it? Whisky, rum, brandy or cognac all suit it. It holds 900 ml, a little more than a standard 70 cl bottle.
Do the glasses match the decanter? Yes. Both tumblers carry the same frosted world map as the globe.
Does the ship come out? No. The glass ship is part of the decanter and stays inside it.
