One-piece steel, a polished gold finish

Care and cleaning
Wash by hand in warm soapy water with a soft sponge and dry straight away. Avoid scourers, which dull the gold finish.

Can I use them on non-stick pans? They are steel, so a wooden or silicone turner is kinder to non-stick coatings.
How do I hang them? Each handle has a rectangular hole at its end that fits a rail hook.
