Caring for your knives
Hand-wash and dry a knife straight after use; a dishwasher dulls the edge and can crack wooden handles. Cut on wood or plastic, never on glass, stone or a plate, and store knives in a block, a sheath or on a magnetic strip.
Small, light and precise
- Blade: 8 cm, stainless with a wave pattern.
- Handle: dark wood grain with a steel bolster.
- Size: 12 cm overall, as the listing states.
- Use: peeling apples, hulling strawberries, trimming beans.
Good to know: a paring knife is made for work in the hand and on a small board, not for chopping.
