A wide, shallow black bowl with a carved, rippled surface, 35 cm across and 8 cm high. For fruit on the table or as a centrepiece.
A carved black bowl, wide and low
- Shape: round, wide and shallow, with a gently rising wall
- Surface: carved ripples running out from the centre, matt black
- Size: 35 cm (13.8″) across and 8 cm (3.1″) high
- Use: fruit, bread rolls, or empty as a centrepiece
At 35 cm across it needs a good stretch of table. The listing calls the finish wood; the carved surface holds dust, so give it a wipe now and then.

Frequently asked questions
How deep is it? About 8 cm, so it suits fruit and bread better than soup or salad dressing.
Is the texture on the inside too? Yes. The carved ripples cover the inside of the bowl, as the photos show.
