A round wire steamer rack in five sizes, or a wide perforated steamer plate, to steam food over simmering water in a wok or pan you already own.
Two ways to steam
- Wire rack: a round grid of steel rods on bent wire legs, which holds a plate or bowl above the water
- Rack sizes: 12, 14, 16 or 20 cm across, 3 cm high, with 14 and 16 cm also 5 cm high
- Perforated plate: a shallow stainless steel tray with a sloped rim and a pierced base, 34 cm across inside
- Rack marking: each rack carries a small 316 tag on one rod
Choose one piece in the menu. A rack suits a small pot or a single bowl; the plate suits a wide wok, where food sits straight on the pierced base. Measure your pan first: the piece should sit above the water and leave room for the lid.

Wash it in warm, soapy water after use and dry it straight away so no water marks are left on the steel.

Is the glass lid in the photo included? No. The lid, the pan and the food are shown for use only; you receive the rack or the plate you choose.
Are the plates in the stacked photos a set? No. The plate is sold on its own, at 34 cm inside. The photos with two plates show how one sits on another.
Which rack height should I choose? The 3 cm racks need only a shallow pool of water. The 5 cm racks keep the food higher, which suits a deeper pot and longer steaming.
